Meet Jodi
I bring over a decade of real estate experience shaped by a strong foundation in lending, finance, and investment. Based in Reno, I exclusively serve clients throughout Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Washoe Valley, Carson City, Incline Village, and the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. My focus includes residential, luxury, commercial, and investment real estate across Northern Nevada.
While my practice is firmly rooted in Nevada, I work closely with trusted referral partners licensed in California, including Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, and Zephyr Cove, allowing my clients to move seamlessly across state lines while remaining supported by a single trusted advisor.
My real estate career began while working in finance during the housing crisis, where I helped clients navigate complex short sales and distressed properties. That experience shaped my approach to real estate today with an emphasis on clarity, strategy, and guiding clients through meaningful financial decisions. Since earning my Nevada real estate license in 2012, I have built a reputation for integrity, strong negotiation, and consistent results.
I hold advanced designations including Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and I remain committed to continued education and market expertise.
I am known for prompt communication, deep insight into the Northern Nevada real estate market, and an ability to simplify even the most complex transactions. One of my most notable transactions includes representing a buyer in a ten million dollar commercial real estate purchase that gained recognition in the Reno Sparks market.

Outside of real estate, I am deeply committed to community involvement and serve on the Board of Directors for Grafted Kitchen, a nonprofit empowering at risk youth through culinary training. I also foster rescue dogs and spend much of my free time walking and hiking throughout Nevada and wherever my travels take me.
I hold a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and live in Reno with my husband, children, and dogs. Most recently, I hiked Mount Kilimanjaro and volunteered at the Amani Children’s Home in Africa, an experience that continues to shape my perspective on service, resilience, and leadership.
